This White Book highlights the potential for the creation of more and better Culture in Asturias.

It is structured as follows:

• First, it presents the conceptual foundations that shape the methodology and the importance of culture from a social and economical point of view.
• Then, it is an identification of each of the activities that comprise the fields of culture in Asturias and then do a cross analysis to detect and diagnose common problems and opportunities.
• Next, make an assessment of trends in the cultural environment.
• Finally, are summarized some of the most important challenges the sector could address.
